Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crumbled blue cheese
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • ¾ cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 pinch garlic powder Optional (see notes)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Stir together all ingredients.
  • Place in an airtight container in the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

I recommend going easy on the garlic powder or eliminating it all together since it tends to over-power the flavor over time.  I personally find it’s all about the blue cheese and the garlic isn’t necessary.
